Thank you, all. -- I came to this board two weeks ago with a plan to stop the CH-bout which was going into its 5th week and about to destroy what was left of my life. Depression from the CH-bout was taking on a life of its own. The cycle was the worst in several years. The beast seems to be slipping back into the fog. Honestly, I don't know if the cycle just had to run its course or whether the activation of the treatment plan had any effect on the cycle. I know having the CHMB board was something that I wasn't counting on, but I certainly am grateful that it is here.
Since initiating the plan two weeks ago, I found immediate relief. The first weekend was as bad as any I could remember. 4 attacks on both Saturday and Sunday, then nothing until Thursday PM and Friday AM. This is Tuesday. PF since. Will see my Doc this afternoon for the wind-down conference. Will refer him to this site for his education.
I appologize if I came on "a little strong", as a few have suggested in private e-mails. I can only say that in my desparation and anger I may have gotten just a little too far "out-of-the-box."

BTW -- In my little sailing world "PFD" means Personal Flotation Device, a life-saver. PFD's to all.
