May be I got lucky but I was able to purchase an oxygen tank from Lincare (based in Orlando, Fla.)
But I have no insurance coverage and the guys and gals at Lincare allowed me to purchase an E tank and borrow as many as I want. May be the are sympathetic, but I avoid the $78 amonth rental and refills are $10 ! Getting a perscription was tough. But a young intern I raged at in the ER gave me what I wanted. Has anyboby here attempted to purchase a E tank or H cylinder?
