I have just come through the worst part of the cycle on Zomig. I have had good results with the stopping of the pain in a reasonable length of time. As with any other, such as Imitrex, the earlier it's taken, the better off you are.
Downside...Can only have in limited amounts, and in the intense part of a cycle I had far more headaches than I could medicate with Zomig.
I reached the point where I would "walk through" the ones that didn't seem to be going full blown, and save the Zomig for the biggies.
