I guess I got a slap on the wrist last night.
I have been headache free now for almost 2 months. Not
bad for a chronic, eh?
But last night I got too sure of being clusterfree.
I really overdid it there. Stayed up much longer than I normally
do since I was in the clinic. And guess what? Right,
90 minutes after falling asleep, the beast woke me up with
an ugly grin. It was only a 3 to 4 on the KipScale, after months of
9 to 9.5er not that bad.
But something is different from the "normal" way of clusters for me.
I am not as exhausted as I am during a series. I do not experience "Shadow's Company"
during the day. Just one plain attack to show me my limits, I guess.
I will see what the next days bring to me, when I switch back to normal
rythm (starting today of course).
I will not believe or fear, that the beast is back, no way.
