I get them 4-8 times per day, although they don't all reach 10. Sometimes they do. Sometimes not. That used to last for 1-2 months andc then 1-2 months of 3-5 CHs. Then 1-2 months of 1-3 CHs. And finally 1-2 months (usually just 1) 1-4 per month. So, am I chronic or episodic? I always just refered to myself as cyclical-chronic. Also, these past 4 months I've been in the heaviest of my cycle. So there has been little break.
