on oct7th i was watching the channel 5 news at 5pm during the health watch they said a common drug for high blood pressure may have a previously unknown side affect:male sterility.a new york researcher says CALCIUM CHANNEL BLOCKERS may lower blood pressure, but they also put a coat of fatty-cholesterol around the head of the sperm, and that prevents sperm from sticking onto an egg. the resercher says the sterility only lasts while using the drug, but few people know about it. I have been taking verapamil since 1991 and have not been successful at getting my wife pregnant.we have gone to fertility clinics and they said nothing is wrong with either of us.we even tried the GIFT procedure.I was taking the verapamil every day since 1991 but recently stopped taking it. I truely believe this is the problem we are having, its the only thing that makes sence now. does anyone else have the same problem ? i would like to hear from you bye and good luck
