I have to go along with Bob. During a cycle, I'll have 2, 3, or 4 headaches a day at their appointed times even if I only eat bare naked rice and drink only water.
If I slice up some good aged cheddar or snarf down a few hot dogs, though, I'll be rewarded with headache number 5, 6, or 7.
Maybe the "trigger" is causing the imbalance that the brain is trying to correct, rather than starting the ache directly?
