Triggers mean the same to me. The headachesw are gonna come no matter what. A trigger is just something I've found that will cause a to start. I consider it a bonus headache.
Nitro is a CH trigger but does anyone consider it the cause of their headaches. Doubt it.
I go along with the chemical imbalance. The headache is a result of the imbalance, through a lot of things. Does the pain or headache fix the imbalance? I'll jump your ship there. Don't think so. The body does do something to rebalance but to me the headaches are the end result.
Just some comments from a closed minded, self proclaimed pompous ass (at least I'm not an idiot).
