Do ya think that the use of a vasoconstrictor like imitrex or midrin would be a good experimental tool, given what you have found? Seems to me that if imitrex knocks down a headache it must have been vascular. Now how can you prove it the other way though? Just because imitrex doesn't work, it doesn't mean it definitely wasn't vascular since imitrex isn't 100 percent effective....
