A couple years ago I used to commute 50 miles each way to work, or an hour on the road every morning and evening.
So I was driving home from work at about 8 pm, and--you guessed it--an attack hit. I didn't dare pull off on the highway as a girl had just been assaulted in her car the week before.
The CH was on the left side of my head, so I drove with my left hand on the steering wheel, my right hand over the top of my head holding my brains in the entire way home. Couldn't see out of one eye, and my sinuses were just going all over the place. I'm so lucky I didn't get pulled over cause I was driving reeeeeally slow.
Ain't it fun?
