At first I did not have any luck at all either. However, the study that I was in was only approved allow up to 200mg a day. My doctor decided to go the extra mile for me to see where it would lead. Things started to break at the 325mg level. We anticipate going to 400mg by next wk and leveling off. I still take the Imitrex but have not had a K-10 attack for 3 days which for me is simply amazing. Actually have not had a K-9 or a K-8 or a K-7 for 4 days which is unheard of.
