Yeah, that and a few others from time to time. I notice with mine that I can begin to detect an episode by the internal "pounding" of my blood if you know what I mean. Before I begin to feel the pressure may an hour or two before I can suspect an episode is coming. After 26 off and on years you get the hang of the thing. My latest which is happening now leaves me with a bad hangover in the eye and temple. I had one tonight and after 4 hours and 4 a.m. I decided to take on some coffee and aspirin. Worked miracles in about 10 minutes. Caffeine seems to help me when it doesn't for others. Sometimes you just switch around on the stuff to keep you going. Hope this helps. Sure understand what you're going through. I like the input people have been putting into this. Many have suffering spouses wanting to know how to help as well. What at club huh?
