I think it is important to keep in mine that everyone's perception of pain is quite diffrent. For instance some women require heavy sedation during birth others require nothing. To require medications is not a sign of human weakness or to go without a sign of strenght. In the past five years I had brain tumor surgery, insulin Im dependant diabetes, gave birth twice, had 2 amnio tests, had a c-section and had my breasts amputated and given the opportunity I would glady undergo any of those experiences once a month for the rest of my life if it would mean no more headpain.
