i myself just got out of the hospital for trying to take my own life. for two reasons. 1 my headaches and 2 my relationship with my lover.
this morning he told me almost word for word what you just said. he is angry, ashamed, confused, etc. all feelings that i cannot blame him for having. i put this man threw hell because of what i did. he told me that as long as i promised to see my shrink that he would go see someone also to help him self to figure out his feelings towards me.
i gess what im trying to say is that you are not wrong in feeling the way you do. you do have the right to be mad,and all the other feelings you are having.
just please give your wife the chance to tell you what happened and why. you dont have to understand. but if you listen to your wife, and remember why you got together in the first place, it may help.
please dont give up on her. this is going to be a hard road to go down.
