Cosmic or Cosmetic?

I wanted to tie-together several recent threads: (1) those dealing with cosmic factors, such as BFF, and (2) those dealing with cosmetic factors, such as hair spray and head attaire. The combination leads me to see butterfly-shaped hair bows made of aluminum foil used to catch (or reflect) rays and look cool. Has this been patented?
