Drummer's words could have been interpreted either way. One could perceive the words to mean one affliction is stronger than the other, therefore requiring the higher dose. OR one could perceive the words to mean that Imitrex was originally designed for migraines and it's just a happy coincidence that it can help with clusters too but, for whatever reason, clusters can be aborted with less of the stuff.
I think we have pretty much disected the differences between clusters and migraines (ad nauseum?) and I really don't think that Nancy meant to blur the line again. But then again, that's just my PERCEPTION of her no text post.
I could be wrong and I'm sure I'll hear about it if I am.
