Riccardo's post has a lot of wisdom in it I think. We can get through anything if we have the right kind of support from other people, and if you're finding what works for you right now then you should go for it.
These clusterheads help me out over the web, and I've got another group to back me up against the alcohol battle (AA). My wife is there for both, and for the smaller deals that come along too.
Without them, I may have done myself some harm this year, as my cluster cycle was the worst one yet. With them, I had a great summer even though a lot of it was puncuated with 10's and 9's.
