CHs once a year for about 2 months. Always
in September. The sansert seems to work
pretty good for me. It prevents the vast
majority of CHs. But I still will have days
where it does not prevent them. My CHs
usually just get worse every week so we will
see how it goes this year. Be sure to use
the tips you see here. Oxygen/cold therapy
seems to work the best for me. I have not
tried the capsaicin before.
