I'm going thru the samething last month and into this month. It really gets to be the pits, real fast!
But others have made it and we can too. I know it doesn't seem like it at the time...but they will end! I've had ligher attacks starting in May and going thru the summer, but Sept came and they went to 10's. Sometimes the 02 works and sometimes it doesn't for me. If you can keep from the panic it will be better but that's so hard to do! I do know with me it's become a mind game.
I'm starting on # 2 this morning so got to go. Hang in there Linda!
