Hey, we need to explore every single possiblity here as to the cause of CHs. And very likely many will be debunked as well they should be but this needs to be a free forum so that we all feel that we can share every little thing that comes to mind in the hope that maybe the right information will be brought forth.
We can disagree but should try to be nonjudgmental about what others bring forth. I know that there is some sort of mind/body link for many disorders including some kinds of headaches. I personally have trouble with the abuse/ch link but I work with many people who have been physically and sexually abused who do exhibit physical symptoms that seem linked the the anxiety from the abuse. And it is true that people have to get over their past to get on with their lives and do have to stop blaming their parents. But it does not seem to be that easy to do for so many people. But I digress.
I guess that I can see that childhood abuse would affect how we DEAL with the condition of CH more than causing the headaches. Those who have been abused may feel like they deserve it or feel unworthy of demanding better treatment due to their psychological problems but I think that would be so no matter what the health problem was.
