all of the doctors and pharmicists i have talked to have told me that too much of it is bad for your heart. i was taking 3 a day when i was getting that many CH's and they all looked at me with horror in their eyes,saying that was too much. i now have an hmo insuaurance company that won't allow me to have more then 9 pills a month. thank god i was able to get some samples from doctor.
