I took a few classes in Self-hypnosis and it is very promising for some. You must have your mind and attention very focused though for it to work, so don't read any of the posts below this one. Trust me. Your mind will turn to mush, or should I say cow patties, butterflies or maybe mushrooms. LOL!!!! Seriously, it is an idea that you can try. It certainly can't hurt anything. Linda Howell
