Welcome Wanda, glad you found us but as always, sad yet another needs to be here.
If you've been reading for a while, you probably know that most of us find that any one med stops being effective eventually. It may not be that you caused this by changing your dosage, but rather that the Demon just got used to your med. Try not to beat yourself up for whatever may have happened in the past....the Demon beats us badly enough and we must keep our emotional energies for fighting him off.
