Ice bags - my husband uses those gel-filled thingys on the back of his neck or his face.
Oxygen - inhaling oxygen at the onset of an attack. We have not been able to get medicinal oxygen here so we've tried the welding oxygen with big success - just make sure you can regulate the flow.
Water - Mike tried the water treatment (it's on the left side of this board under water X 3, thanks to DJ). It broke his last cycle amazingly.
Dramamine - taken before bed, it CAN prevent the middle of the night attacks...
