Hello all,
Back from my trip. Think I went over 6000 miles this time. It is still a delight to meet and talk with other clusterheads. Everyone has their own special circumstances.
One thing I discovered was that after renewing a friendship from 10 years ago while in Ca, I got a CH. We had a wonderful talk and laughed and everything was great. Could not of been happier but after I hung up the pain started. Has anyone else found this after a happy time??
I had a wonderful time, and hope to get the pictures I took of all the people posted soon. I will let you know when I have that done.
Even took time to stop in Reno and played a new game. Saw 1000's of motorcycles (Harley Davidson) which was quite a site. They were having a street vibrations at the time, whatever that is. Then on to Elko Nevada for more gambling. My friend, Dan McCarty told me of a game he plays, "Let It Ride" and I had to play it. It was fun, different than some others I have played.
Started out in St. Charles, Mo. to Memphis, Mississippi, Louisana, Tuscon Az, then Ca. and Nevada and across to home. Was a great trip all in all.
Got home last night to a beautiful fall arrangement of flowers from my husband. He seems to be glad for me to be home again. So does my dog.LOL He even asked if I wanted to drive the van when we went out to dinner. LOL
Isn't he funny?????
Thanks all for the emails while on the road.
While gone I did have some CH. I take my Imitrex as soon as it starts so it does not get too high on the scale. GLenn in Louisana and Mike in Ms, and Dan in CA were great supporters and I want to thank them. I got to be the supporter to Patty, Glenn's wife and that was a new experience for me. I talked softly to her and reminded her of how she has come through these before and that her husband would soon be here with her shot. Also told her to think of something pleasant, and she said the 50% of sale at the dress store that was starting the next day. This is definately a woman thing.
Got to see my sisters new 40ft Winnebago motor home and their new home they are building in Tuscon so that was fun.
Beautiful scenery, desert, palm trees, mountains, frost on the windshield in Wyoming.
I am still waiting to come up to someone on the road that has heard of Clusterheadaches. People are surprised when I tell them about the headaches but you can tell they know nothing about what I am talking about. Oh well, keep on educating people.
