I wonder what is happening that causes memory lapse. I think it could be similiar to what happens to people who are under extreme stress. The mind blocks out the pain, but at the same time blocks out the rest as well. I have had several instances where people tell me that I have promised things, or said things, and I swear they are crazy but I can't remember it at all. Half of my month is gone from being in pain every month like clock work. I don't care about forgetting the pain I was previously in, just the other important things in life.
