I keep my O2 cranked about 10L per min when I first get it and lots of time the headache is gone within
5-10 minutes...as it starts to lower....I drop it down to about 7 or 8...but never any lower then that or it dont help
me...but the oxygen has been saving my life from these chronic clusters for years....hundreds of headaches have
been aborted due to it....it will abort 30-40 % of my headaches sometimes...depending on the time of year...just dont stay on it for hours and hours
at a real high setting.
