I was the one who mentioned flying to L.A. to see a cluster headache specialist. His name is Kudrow. I can't remember his first name. My understanding is that his father did a lot of reseach on clusters and is the one who found about, tested and spread the word about the use of oxygen to abort the headaches. I only saw the younger Dr Kudrow once, but he seemed quite knowledgable and I plan to go back to him again. He helped me get my clusters under control, but I don't even have him in my current roledex.
I had originally found him on the web, but don't remember where. Anyway, when I did see him I flew into LAX and his office was only about 20 minutes or so by freeway north of the airport.
Feel free me e-mail for additional info. I'll look around for his phone number and address. I know directory assistance would have him listed. I don't remember what the name of the suburb is, but his office is just off a freeway. I don't even think I had to change freeways. Maybe once.
