I abort the precursors of 'regular' nightly attacks within 5 to 10 minutes of O2. The same is true for the triggered waking hours attacks. However, I often have to repeat the O2 treatment 3 or 4 times, as the precursor show up again after 20 to 40 minutes; apparently until the triggering agent (usually MSG) is degraded in my innards.
My regulator setup contains a water reservoir through with the O2 is bubbled. My tank is 20 liter at 200 bar, giving 4000 liter at normal pressure, and about 0.1 liter of H2O is used per filling. If I got my figures right, this would correspond to 100% humidity at about 22 degrees C. I never experience any 'drying out' while breathing O2.
