I suppose there are no absolutes in CH (as with most other things), but alcohol has been an infallable trigger for virtually every clusterer I've heard of. Maybe it's not as infallable as nitroglycerine tabs (which, I'm told, some docs use as a diagnostic for CH - yech!!), but pretty sure fire during a cluster. I've never heard of a clusterer being sensitive to alcohon outside a cluster unless they also get migraines -- in which case the red wine trigger would definitely make sense.
