Are you sure that he have "CLUSTER-HEADACHE"?
The Drs. indicated this diagnostic?
If yes, here something maybe can help:
CAPSAICIN
75 mlg.
125 nasal drops.
Nasal Drops for the treatment of CLUSTER HEADACHE.
One drop of CAPSAICIN into the nasal fosse (of the pain side). rub gentle the side and with the head up, reclining in bed.
I ADVICE: This burn very much, but in 5 minutes (circa) the attack goes likes come!!!
Best weather conditions (best air-conditioned), low lights and total silence around.
Between 3 to 4 weeks of daily treatment (one-two times a day) the place (nerve) will "sleep" for a few months.

Of course that in case of CH attack, I use the Oxygen (8-10 liters in minute) to appease the blood pressure in the veins and arteries around the eye and head's pain-side. Also the Oxigen help very much for the STRESS of these critical moments.
Ice cubes pressed on the veins help also for the relief of the pain.
When I receive an attack I use all this formulas together and It's WORK!!! FANTASTIC!!
