Sorry you have to be here, but glad you found us. Go through all the buttons on the left side of the page and print out as much as you can in the way of meds info and alternative treatments. THEN, get yourself a good neuro - contact a fellow cluster sufferer in your area (Kip would be a great start) to see if they can suggest someone.
My husband is a sufferer too and has never found any meds that have helped him. He does use oxygen though and if he catches the attack soon enough it will abort it. He's had huge relief from the water treatment, ice bags, oxygen and dramamine before bed.
Take some time and do some reading. It's really your best line of defense - at least you'll be able to bring some up to date info to your doc and work with him towards finding your relief.
