Michelle C. ,Being involved in EMS for several years,I can tell you that a non-rebreather mask dos not work as designed at less than 10 lpm,you are actually breathing more Co than O2 at the setting you describe.You may have stumbled on something though.Less O2 and more Co mmmmmm.
