Hi...A neurologist and internist (both from the Mayo Clinic) instructed me not to take Imitrex while on Sansert. Imitrex is considered a "vosoactive" medication which can be a problem with Sansert. There are increased risks of problems with vasoconstriction, ie: increased blood pressure, cardiac problems etc. Every doctor has a different view of things, of course. I always look into possible interactions myself. I am a nurse who never takes anything for granted...it always pays to play it safe. I hope that helps. Best of luck, irene
