When I went to a naturopath he found that I was copper decicient big time, and my minerals in my body were all either too high or too low. He also found out that I am allergic big time to all milk products, shrimp, wheat, eggs, and meat besides some other obscure things. I have yet to get myself disciplined enough to stay on a diet that eliminates these things.
Is anyone else out there having food allergies?
My ancestors are from Ireland, and Scotland. I believe that would be considered Northern ancesterol links also.
