After experiencing a constant headache for more than four weeks and having seen a doctor in that time regarding the headache, I finally took the day off from work because I couldn't face another day of an all day headache. I went to see another physician in the practice because the first one pointed toward medications that I have been on for four years as the cause of the headaches. This new physician did also. He prescribed Darvon for the pain but he believes that the headache is a cluster headache. From reading the medical information, cluster headaches seem to come and go....they don't hang around at the same intensity for four weeks. Having just been to the doctor and having him come up with this possible diagnosis, does anyone else who has experienced cluster headaches display the same symptomology, i.e., a four week long headache?
