Linda, your friend must be very careful. I had the least likely profile for heart trouble (no hereditary factors, exercised regularly, lo body fat, watched diet etc.) but 2 years ago while hiking up a mountain I felt severe chest pains - within a week I had quad bypass and was told I was a dayu away gfrom a massive heart attack. I don't think it is a coincidence that I had used immitrex since it was invented (at their peak my CH attacks can be 10+ fifteen times a day) and in heavy doses. my neuro ok'd my using 3 syringes a day, which I would cut down to thirds in order to get 9 shots (diluted they only took the edge off the CH - but what's a guy to do?). Your friend needs a stress test - preferably a thalium stress test. good luck
