Bob, Lithium is a good drug for clusters. I took it for several years. It was prescribed together with verapamil. You may find that your hands shake; sometimes quite a bit. Something else to be aware of: I had a real problem with short-term memory loss when I was taking a "theraputic dose" of lithium. I say be aware of it because it may help you to recognize it if it happens to you.
