Give ol' Dave a break. I don't pretend to have all the answers. But your response that survey doesn't ask if they ever smoked before is kind of my point exactly. Trying to see if smoking "one-time" or for short period has potential to permanently change body into clusterer. I've heard migrainuers are more sensitive to caffine than normals, so maybe CERTAIN (not all) clusterers are exquisitly sensitive to something in smoke like it's ability to affect o2 senors. I am really just quessing but researchers are lame so someone has to figure this thing out.
