Don't know what to tell you Nancy, except I'm thinking of you....I had one that lasted 6hrs at level 9/10, after taking Imitrex nasal, and tablet. I have had a three day break for some strange reason....wish I could take it from you, and bear it myself...I feel able to cope, now that I've had a break. Can't you get to the ER.....or someone drive you there??? Feel helpless....sorry..Judi
