My advice to use is to grow up, take responsibility for your life, and stop blaming your parents for your problems.
You should be thankful to them for giving life to you in the first place.
The popular method of psychiatry today is to blame the parents- this absolves the patient of guilt and keeps him coming back as a steady customer.
Cluster headaches are indeed real and my advice to you is to stop wasting your money on shrinks and see a real doctor.
My son has cluster headaches and he was never abused.
In fact he has a successful marriage, 3 children, and a successful career.
Most likely his headaches are due to a head injury from all the sports he played- he was a great athlete.
It's dangerous to dismiss a real illness as something mental.
My heart goes out to you for your suffering.
