I have noticed that when people find this site and/or have been having a particularly rough time of it, they find comfort and peace in "knowing they aren't alone"...
What is that curious phenomena?
No sure cure for the pain...no clear answers for their inexplicable condition....almost the opposite oftimes...they find out how unique to them are their precursors. shadows, triggers, pain placement and it's length of stay as well as what helps it subside.
...and yet there is a great relief and hope expressed over and over again with the simple realization ... "I'm not alone". I often go to the guest book just to feel the cool breeze of their joy as they sign in for the first time.
What is this curious phenomena?
I know it's so much more than the truism "Misery loves company"....a real healing takes place!!...
Watching it, ranks up there with a Grand Canyon sunset...words just fail m.....
