In response to geographical clusters I would be interested to know if Eskimos have higher prevalance of clusters than people around equator? Seems new theory links light and circadian rhythms to SCN feedback loop in brain (Raskin). How alcohol figures in this is anybody's guess but I have a theory about smoking and clusters (plausible-judge for yourself)- read it at CRAZY DAVE'S THEORY.
