i can remember the day compleetly. the day that i had my very first ch. the day i started suffering with ch for 11 yrs
i had had a cold and it was starting to clear, but my sineses were still infected. yellow discharge while blowing my nose.
that day i had to blow my nose very hard to clear out my sineses. and bam! i had my first ch.
i can thow remember as a child and before this thow 2 severe headaches and migrane auras. in grade school i can remember a bad headache and throwing up in the car. in my teens i remember seeing migrane auras. which lasted about 2 yrs. then later when i was 17 i khow that i had a ch but it was a one time thing and did not worie about it. but, now after that cold when i was 23 i have had ch ever since.
i dont think it was the cold, blowing my nose or my sinices. with the few things i remember before i accualy started having ch all the time i feel i was destined to have cluster headaches.
DAMM IT!!!!
