Cluster Migraine - to ME - is like Jumbo Shrimp. Two completely different meanings.
When Cathy describes the term "Cluster Migraine", the word "cluster" is the adjective modifying the noun "migraine". The words "group of" could be substituted for the word "cluster". Actually, she makes her point better when she calls it "migraine clusters".
I think this subject has pretty much been beat to death, however and it's time to get back to Board business.
