Mike, please read carefully and slowly the medical information on this site and associated links and educate yourself a bit regarding cluster headache. It is a separate and distinct disorder. This is not "political correctness", it is science. Migraines are awful. Cluster attacks are awful. Although each are awful, they are distinct and separate disorders with completely different symptoms.
