I have no idea about the term 'cluster migraine'. I too have never heard it anywhere but here.
However, I am fairly knowledgeable about how search engines work.
If a person types cluster migraine or cluster migraine syndrome, the search engine will return hits with EITHER cluster or migraine in them. This accounts for the magnitude of Cathy's results when she followed Pat's direction. By the same process, I could type cluster balloon into a search engine and get hits on clusters of all types. Balloons also, of course.
