john.it sounds like your using the pills. i found them to be too slow. for me the injections were the best, also the most expensive. i now use the nasal spray, and have been for the last 4 months. when the ch's were at their worst, i used at least one a day. the neuro. i see had no problem with this. i was able to keep from using even more, by using oxygen first. some people have very good results with the 02. if it didn't work then i'd go to the imitrex.
