I just found this wonderful website and already have a question for whoever may have an answer: I have had reasonably benign cluster headaches for about 20 years, about one 1-2 month period a year. In June, however, a new cycle started that has wiped me out completely. Even had to quit my summer job as a tourguide early. For about four weeks now I have been having a permanent "base headache'" from which the cluster attacks will develop with (for me) unprecedented ferocity and frequency. Also, this is by far the longest cycle I have ever experienced. My base headache consists at times of slight pain behind the eye, or of pain anywhere else in the left hemisphere, or merely of a tingling in the left sinus cavity - and some times of all symptoms. I am never completely left alone by it anymore. Does anyone know this?
