My main point was that since I have found meds that help somewhat, I'll continue to take them. When I do have to face the pain of a CH, you can bet I'm interested in pain management. NO DOUBT. I think that since you haven't found meds that work well for you, you have been more or less "forced" to concentrate on pain management. Its my guess that there are several theories, ideas, schools of thought regarding pain management, and as many books, tapes, etc. as there are different so-called Cluster Headache medications. One could just as easily become a "pain-management guinea pig" as a "CH remedy guinea pig". We all have to do what we have to do. Here's to pain-free lives for all.
